Responsibilities

  • Build dream itineraries for your customers and create lasting memories they'll share for years to come
  • Share your travel knowledge and make the perfect recommendations for your customer - choosing from a range of different travel options products and suppliers, including flights, accommodation, cruise, tours, insurance and more
  • Roll out the red carpet for your customer and create a space where they feel welcomed and valued through active listening, mutual respect and a positive attitude
  • Be someone your customers can trust and share their excitement with, showing them you take your business seriously, but not yourself

Requirements

  • You're a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and you're the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks
  • You believe hard work should be rewarded, so you thrive in an environment where KPIs and sales targets help you achieve the incentives you deserve
  • You're a team player who is open to feedback on ways to improve your sales processes and are always open to improving
  • You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
  • You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
  • You're not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too, like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
