About the position

We are looking for a growth-minded individual experienced in customer service/sales support to be our first of many Customer Success Managers! The role is primarily focused on customer retention while also managing sales support duties. This is a new role that will require experience and the determination and excitement to blaze the trail for future support staff to follow. Having a life/health insurance license is required before starting. Complete Family Protection is a high-producing virtual life insurance agency and we are growing fast. We service clients across 45 states. We provide the system and you bring the determination to win! We are looking for leaders who can help us grow. We focus on providing life insurance solutions for a specific niche in the senior market. We use a proprietary and proven sales process that puts our sales team in front of high-intent prospects daily, with over 95% of sales happening on the first call. This is not a high-pressure sales system. We always do what's right for the customer! We literally cannot manage the demand we are generating and need help! Come grow with us!

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all communication with prospective and new clients through our CRM.
  • Make outreach to all new clients to welcome them into the CFP family and to further establish trust.
  • Manage all underwriting needs with new business.
  • Manage all banking issues and insufficient funds with clients and the insurance carriers.
  • Oversee and try to save clients from canceling.
  • Manage all policy status updates to ensure policies get fully issued by the carriers and paid by the clients.
  • Create/updated daily and weekly sales and customer status reports for the Sales Team Leads.
  • Oversee sales process compliance.
  • Reputation management by interacting with our customers through Google reviews and social media pages.
  • Prepare post-sale welcome packages to be mailed out to new clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and sales support.
  • Life/health insurance license (required before starting).
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
