The Sales Support Analyst plays a key role in managing buyer payment follow-ups and processing sales adjustments (including collapsing sales). This position is responsible for ensuring timely collections, resolving billing discrepancies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Success in this role requires a high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The analyst will serve as a primary point of contact, collaborating closely with internal teams across Liquidity Services and liaising with buyer company representatives to support smooth transactions and issue resolution. Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT) operates the world’s largest B2B e-commerce marketplace platform for surplus assets, with over $15 billion in completed transactions to more than 6 million qualified buyers worldwide and 15,000 corporate and government sellers.
