This role is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing. This position fosters communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory. The supervisor will also assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up, and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics. Other projects or duties may be assigned.
