About The Position

At Pavago, one of our clients is looking for a Cantonese-Speaking Sales Service Representative to support inbound sales inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to individuals seeking debt settlement and debt consolidation solutions. This role is a key part of the customer service and sales team, focused on engaging prospective clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s services. You will help educate potential clients, answer questions, identify financial needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Cantonese and English, customer-focused, sales-oriented, and comfortable discussing sensitive financial matters with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional phone presence and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during sensitive financial conversations
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer management software
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies and communication platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within financial services, debt settlement, debt consolidation, lending, or related industries is preferred
  • Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services
  • Provide accurate information about available programs and financial solutions
  • Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Guide potential clients through available options and next steps
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referral channels
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients throughout the sales process
  • Conduct outbound follow-up and cold calls when required
  • Build trust and strong client relationships through consultative conversations
  • Understand each client’s financial situation and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the client journey
  • Ensure timely responses and consistent follow-up
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
  • Update CRM systems with notes, activities, and communication history
  • Track lead progress and ensure proper pipeline management
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals
