As a Sales Research Analyst in Customer & Field Insights, you will work on global research projects that shed light on business problems. You will collect and analyze data to derive insights for sales leaders to help Sales teams to improve the customer experience. You will organize, integrate, and analyze data from different sources (e.g., surveys, telemetry, financials, behavioral, interviews) to identify patterns and derive insights. Research findings will be delivered in the form of data tables, dashboards, insights summaries, and research papers. This position is perfect for someone with quantitative strength and an expert ability to use data to guide strategic decisions.
