Requirements

• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse array of customers.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in high-end sales.
• Commitment to professional appearance and attitude, representing the brand with integrity.
• Adept at using technology for store operations and sales presentations, with a preference for technology engagers and early adopters.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
• Genuine desire to grow, learn, and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
• Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and demonstrate English language proficiency; second language skills encouraged.
• Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required; additional education and training preferred.
