As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers in assigned non-bulk multi-dwelling units (MDU) areas or properties that have 20 or more doors. Your primary methods of solicitation will include door-to-door interactions, organizing lobby events, and fostering strong relationships with property managers. This role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales objectives. You will actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive. Your performance will be measured against established monthly sales goals, with a focus on increasing sales volume and penetration through assigned leads and your property portfolio. You will be expected to solicit residential customers effectively, generating incremental revenue from existing customers by introducing new or additional services. Addressing customer problems and complaints will also be part of your responsibilities, and you will need to follow through to ensure that issues are resolved satisfactorily. In addition to direct sales activities, you will maintain a comprehensive knowledge of competitor activities within your assigned territory, keeping your manager informed of any changes in competitive pricing or marketing strategies. Participation in sales meetings and training programs is essential, as is the accurate completion of all necessary paperwork to support your sales activities, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting. You will also be responsible for collecting and accounting for funds, providing receipts in accordance with company policy and guidelines.
