About the position

The Sales Representative role at Euclid Chemical involves actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in the West Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi area. The position focuses on building relationships with distributors, producers, contractors, and owners to promote and sell a wide range of construction and restoration products. The role is essential for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, collaborating with Customer Services, to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timeframes
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports as requested on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years proven work experience in outside sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM practices
• Ability to build productive professional relationships

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree - preferred but not required
• Additional Professional Development Credits/Certifications in Industry advantageous
