Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service as outlined in the customer service manual.
- Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett.

- Uphold all Hibbett policies, procedures, and standards as per the operations policy manual.
- Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists and store maintenance.
- Utilize product knowledge to present merchandise effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Communicate merchandise needs and operational issues to management.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
- Protect company assets by ensuring accuracy in internal control procedures.
Requirements
