About the position
Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative - Uniform to focus on new business-to-business account development in our Uniform Division. This role involves generating revenue, meeting sales targets, and developing leads through prospecting and cold calling. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for presenting programs and meeting a sales quota, while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and cold calling to develop new business-to-business accounts.
- Setting appointments with prospects and presenting programs.
- Meeting sales quotas and generating revenue.
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and presentations.
- Transporting samples of products for presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Nice-to-haves
- New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System.
