About the position
The Patient Care Sales Representative at Stryker is responsible for promoting and selling Patient Care products to healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators. This role requires a strategic approach to meet customer needs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through teamwork, integrity, and responsiveness. The representative will also contribute to product innovation and cost reduction efforts, embodying a mission-driven mindset to improve healthcare outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stryker Patient Care products to meet customer needs.
- Become the resident Patient Care expert for surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Focus on customer satisfaction through teamwork and problem-solving.
- Contribute to product innovation by listening and sharing ideas.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipments while focusing on cost reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5+ years of professional experience required, preferably in sales or clinical settings.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
- Experience with reports and budget management.
- Knowledge of marketing, market research, and new product development.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
