About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions) to generate profitable business from specialized equipment. This role involves developing an assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base, and contributing to the national Sunbelt branding identity. The ideal candidate will be empowered to be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that the profit center specializes in.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry.
• Prior Sales experience a plus.
• Solution-selling approach.
• Project management skills.
• New business development skills.
• Customer retention skills.
• Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
