About the position
As a Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) Cranial Restoration Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be responsible for promoting and selling CMF products to meet customer needs. This role involves conducting product evaluations, demonstrating product value, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will track your sales progress, communicate effectively with your Regional Manager, and provide excellent customer service while addressing any product-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker Craniomaxillofacial Cranial Restoration products.
- Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
- Track territory progress and communicate wins with the Regional Manager.
- Assist customers with product problems and provide proper usage instructions.
- Cross-sell additional products and manage new product introductions.
- Support compliance and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Coach, train, or mentor Sales Associates as needed.
- Participate in sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) or a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive an automobile.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
