About the position

As a Sales Associate specializing in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and Collision Repair services, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding the customer base through direct sales initiatives. This role requires an energetic and results-driven individual with strong communication skills to effectively promote and sell services to potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers at their homes or businesses to promote and sell PDR and Collision Repair services.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of PDR services, including benefits, features, and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively prospecting and generating leads.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive repair services, particularly PDR and Collision Repair, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven and self-motivated.
