Responsibilities
- Work with homeowners to educate and assist them on the sales process.
- Monitor job progress and serve as a liaison between customers and the production team.
- Close leads provided and help generate new business.
- Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
- Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work as a member of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction.
- Prior customer service experience is encouraged.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- References from two previous employers.
Nice-to-haves
