We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Sales Operations Specialist within our Sales Operations Department. As a Sales Operations Specialist a typical day may include: Works with inside sales and field sales to ensure a smooth installation process and a seamless customer experience. You will help monitor the installation pipeline from sale to installation. You must be knowledgeable in the front and back end of internally generated sales and work as a team to coordinate back-end operations of the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MAStermind
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Understands the sales cycle

  • Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support sales team in the sales and activation processes
  • Prepare regular reports and communicate audit findings for leadership review
  • Relay findings to sales management in a professional manner
  • Proactively works to maximize the performance of the DTC Sales Team and our organization
  • Reviews and responds to escalated issues involving dealer services
  • Prepares regular assessments of activated and non-activated accounts
  • Works with internal departments to ensure success of DTC Sales to Activation processes
  • Provides support to sales team, sales leadership and field services staff via telephone, email and in person
  • Understands and maintains working knowledge of competition, industry practices and general business rules
