About the position

The Sales Operations Specialist at Norwin Technologies LLC is responsible for supporting the sales team by processing quotes and managing sales operations tasks. This role requires a blend of sales support experience and operational skills, with a focus on effective communication and collaboration across departments. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week onsite in Salem, NH.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and manage sales operations tasks.
• Support the sales team in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in sales operations, specifically processing quotes.
• 2-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, sales support, or order management.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a matrix organizational environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 3 years of experience in sales operations (preferred).
