About The Position

CrowdStrike is looking for a Strategy & Operations Analyst – Corporate Sales to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team. This individual will be a go-to-business partner for our Executives & our global Sales organization. This role will partner with Corporate Sales leadership and will be responsible for the development of new and improvement of existing programs & processes, analyzing data & delivering insights, and will own Sales Strategy & Operations for the Corporate Sales group. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field.
  • Relevant industry experience: High Tech, SaaS, Security
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Operations, Consulting, Sales or Strategy function.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com helpful.
  • MS Excel power user.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools helpful (Domo, Tableau, Clari).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and execute CrowdStrike’s Go-Forward Sales Operations Strategy
  • Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data that will help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, maximize customer success and optimize monetization.
  • Partner with and present to executive leadership to deliver insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize processes across the Corporate Sales Org, in partnership with cross-functional teams, to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Monitor & Optimize Sales Performance across the organization: Identify effectiveness of teams by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans & forecasts.
  • Proactively identify problem areas, diagnose and work with Sr. leadership to correct.
  • Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Sales Organization - ‘If it isn’t measured, it doesn’t matter’: Translate business objectives into actionable analysis. Tie quotas for business segments back to pipeline needed, back to activity needed to generate pipeline.
  • Build, maintain & automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting using next-gen tools.
  • Ad hoc reporting & analysis.
  • Evaluate new & existing tools to determine ROI & help get the most value from our tech investments.
