Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Kandji's solutions to prospective clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
