Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding service to clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
  • Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing coaching and training.
  • Ensure team compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in financial services, sales management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and drive a high-performing team.
  • A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Eagan, Minnesota, as remote work is not available for this role.
