We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to build and lead a new team of sellers. In this role, you will own revenue generation, coaching/development and performance of 8 mid-market Account Executives.🔥

  • Own team quotas, forecast accurately, and drive consistent monthly attainment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor team's performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals
  • Monitor pipeline health and ensure reps adhere to a structured sales process.
  • Participate in key prospect calls, negotiations, and deal strategy discussions
  • Refine sales messaging, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Ensure full adoption of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong).
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to equip reps with competitive intel, product updates, and sales assets,
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sellers.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback through weekly 1:1s, team meetings and ad-hoc training.
  • Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.
  • Collaborate with North American Head of Sales to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, prospect needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to expand market share.
  • Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate, timely forecasting to Head of Sales
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends, and improvement opportunities, adjusting strategy based on insights
  • has 4+ years in SaaS sales leadership, building & coaching high performing teams and individuals.
  • has previous experience selling into B2B (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and was responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales
  • fosters a culture of performance and accountability

  • is located in the Chicagoland area and can work a hybrid schedule in our beautiful North American HQ T/W/TH each week located at 125 S. Clark St. in the loop.
