About The Position

As a Sales Manager for the DACH region, you will be instrumental in helping us become 'The leading platform for catering companies worldwide.' You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to successful contract closing, strategically positioning our SaaS solution for B2B clients in the catering industry across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will understand the industry's requirements and effectively connect them with our digital solutions. You will engage directly with clients, recognizing how technology can streamline operational processes. Join our team and actively contribute to our continued growth.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for B2B sales and innovative software solutions.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a comparable role, or as a career changer from the catering, gastronomy, or a related industry.
  • Confident communication in German. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
  • Strong customer and service orientation, initiative, and independent working style.
  • Enjoy building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, team player attitude, and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

  • Steering the Sales Process: You will take responsibility for the entire sales process, from acquiring new B2B customers in the catering sector to successfully closing contracts.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with other departments to develop targeted strategies for the DACH market, utilize modern tools (especially our CRM system), and actively contribute your own ideas.
  • Convince with Personality: With your affinity for technology, you will understand our platform in detail and excite potential customers through personal and digital product presentations.
  • Build Network & Show Presence: Participate in industry events and trade fairs, represent our company, and continuously expand your network in the catering industry.
  • Market Observation: Actively monitor developments in the catering industry, identify market trends and customer needs early on, and proactively derive new sales approaches from them.
