About The Position

Visiting Media is the hospitality industry's leading sales enablement company and we're just getting started. Our products are trusted by hotels and management companies worldwide to drive measurable revenue outcomes, and we're actively expanding our product suite, our team, and our reach. In this role you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and leading a sales team of Account Executives. You will work closely with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans and cultivate strong relationships with key hospitality customers. You will mentor and coach Account Executives, ensuring the team is engaged, motivated, and productive. Reporting to the SVP of Global Sales, this role is currently hybrid in New York City, with three days a week in our Midtown office.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a SaaS sales leadership role
  • 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor as well as a sales manager
  • High proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting and processes
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Outreach, Chorus.ai, and Zoominfo
  • Experience delivering sales training programs, including onboarding new reps and ongoing skill development
  • Hands-on experience with sales enablement strategies, tools, and content that improve rep productivity and deal outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a growing team of Account Executives in all phases of the selling process to achieve agreed-upon financial targets and performance metrics
  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
  • Support the team with executive interactions and managing the end-to-end customer relationship
  • Foster a culture of personal development and mentorship
  • Develop and implement best practices to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Accelerate Visiting Media’s continued artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and execution within the sales organization
