About the position

Willowbrook Kia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager/F+I Manager to oversee the sales department and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive knowledge of the sales process, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coach and train sales staff. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales metrics, maintaining compliance with legal standards, and facilitating daily sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for hiring and ongoing training of sales department.
• Reports to General Sales Manager and General Manager.
• Maintains high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Able to call in and rehash deals with multiple lenders.
• Understand and maintain all factory programs.
• Ensure clean and organized paperwork compliant with federal and dealership policies.
• Understand sales and advertising laws.
• Forecast sales and gross goals.
• Train all sales managers on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of Sales Manager/F+I Manager experience
• 2 years of dealership experience
• Driver's License
• AFIP certification
• Strong understanding of sales metrics
• Exceptional closing ability
• Management and customer service skills
