Responsibilities

  • Lead and build out the sales team to support business expansion.
  • Meet weekly with the sales team to review customer activity and progress on deals.
  • Motivate, coach, and strategize with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Assess performance of properties and accounts, developing aligned sales plans and goals.
  • Maintain an updated list of important clients to foster ongoing relationships.
  • Generate new business through cold calling, on-site visits, and community networking.
  • Identify new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competition.
  • Assist in closing deals currently in negotiation.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in construction, restaurant supply, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • High school diploma and a bachelor's degree, or compensating work experience.

  • Experience in creating strategies to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to develop sales professionals to execute the sales vision.
