The Sales Manager at Lexus of Akron/Canton is responsible for leading a professional sales team to maximize sales revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a highly professional and productive sales team.
- Maximize sales revenue and profit.
- Maintain excellent business relations with customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Manage new inventory to ensure turn rates are above the area rate.
- Properly merchandise the showroom and ensure the proper display of new cars.
- Manage deliveries of new cars in coordination with the finance team.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively manage all areas of the department, including motivating, coaching, and counseling employees.
- Experience with internet and retail tools such as V-Auto, AutoTrader, Eleads, and DealerBuilt.
- Ability to achieve goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Understanding and implementation of federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and teammates.
