About the position

Brady is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow Electromark's sales across North America. In this role, you'll develop and train the Regional Sales Management Team, drive Canadian sales in collaboration with Brady's Territory Managers, and strengthen relationships through trade show participation. You'll also optimize the sales network, manage channel conflicts, and create strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals. By partnering with Product Management, Customer Service, and Marketing, you'll ensure customer satisfaction and promote Electromark's innovative solutions in existing and new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop the Electromark Regional Sales Management Team.
  • Lead and grow Electromark Sales in Canada in coordination with the Brady Canada Territory Managers and Canadian Sales Leadership.
  • Attend US and Canadian trade shows as required to maintain relationships with Electromark's Sales Network.
  • Manage Channel Conflict in coordination with Electromark's Customer Service Leadership.
  • Evaluate, Maintain, and Upgrade Electromark's Sales network to maximize coverage of Electromark's addressable markets.
  • Develop and maintain a sales strategy to deliver Electromark's Revenue and Margin goals.
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing to promote Electromark's products, manage existing contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate Alternative GTM Strategies with Electromark leadership for existing and adjacent markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10 year sales experience with 5+ years leading sales people.
  • Experience with Evaluating, Onboarding, and Terminating Manufacturer's representatives.
  • 5 years of Utility Industry Sales.
