About the position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work as a team player with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from various sources, including medical, financial, and legal professionals, as well as religious leaders and other local businesses. Additionally, you will partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports its Sales associates through a comprehensive onboarding program, ongoing education, and customized tools to help market the community effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in.
  • Generate professional referral leads from local professionals and organizations.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  • Participate in a 3-week onboarding and orientation program.
  • Utilize customized tools to market the community effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, preferably in Senior Living.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
