At Lakeshore, we are seeking a Sales Learning Lead to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our Sales field. The successful candidate will be an expert in Sales training and development, possessing strong leadership qualities and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to influence, engage, coach, and inspire our Sales team. Flexibility for frequent travel across the Sales field is essential, as this role requires you to be actively involved in various training sessions and initiatives. In this role, you will design, implement, and facilitate comprehensive onboarding training programs, focusing on the development of technical and selling skills for new hires in the Sales division. You will be responsible for creating training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to ensure effective learning outcomes. Conducting regular in-person and virtual training sessions will be a key part of your responsibilities, aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of new hires in alignment with company goals. Collaboration with key department stakeholders will be vital to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly. You will evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
