About the position

As a Sales Leader within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will lead and coordinate the daily activities of team members focused on customer and prospect management. This role is pivotal in achieving business results, attracting new customers, and growing existing relationships through effective coaching and management. You will develop and oversee account and sales plans, manage risks, and enhance client experiences by leveraging PNC's full range of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of team members engaged in customer and prospect management.
• Achieve business results by attracting new customers and growing existing relationships.
• Develop and oversee execution of account and sales plans.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
• Identify and mitigate various types of risks, including regulatory and credit risks.
• Manage a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire and expand client base.
• Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Develop team members and monitor progress against individual goals.
• Motivate and develop staff, including managing performance-based issues.
• Plan, organize, direct, analyze, and evaluate staff and processes.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree or equivalent experience in management or sales.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a management role.
• Experience in conflict management and prospecting.
• Strong understanding of risk management and credit fundamentals.
