About The Position

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their Las Vegas North Premium Outlets location. As the largest jewelry brand in the world, Pandora empowers individuals to express themselves through their beautiful products. The Sales Lead will be a dedicated Pandora enthusiast, fully immersed in the brand, culture, and product, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role provides crucial support to Managers and Sales Associates, contributing significantly to the store's success. The position requires completion of an assessment upon application submittal.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Demonstrated results-oriented selling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
  • Ability to charm and captivate an audience with strong connection skills.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
  • Proficiency in time management, setting and adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks.
  • Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Timely arrival to work.
