About The Position

The Sales Host plays an important role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the sales centre. The Sales Host creates a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors while supporting the on-site sales team with guest registration, CRM data entry, sales centre presentation, and general office support. This is a temporary position, with an anticipated duration of approximately five (5) months. This position will support both our Provence (Orleans) and eQuinelle (Kemptville) sites and will require travel between the two sites as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills are desirable (French/English)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all visitors in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
  • Register guests and traffic in HubSpot CRM accurately and promptly.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls professionally and take messages when required.
  • Ensure the sales centre reception and presentation areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist the sales team with general administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
  • Assist with preparing the sales centre for events, presentations, and weekend traffic.
  • Maintain marketing materials, brochures, and presentation displays within the sales centre.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Support the overall team atmosphere through professionalism, positivity, and collaboration.
