About the position
Whitted Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This full-time position focuses on driving sales in residential and commercial construction, particularly in restoration services such as roofing, windows, and doors. The role involves managing prequalified appointments with homeowners, educating them on financing options, and closing contracts while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Run 10-15 prequalified appointments per week with homeowners interested in restoration services.
- Drive to in-home appointments to meet with potential customers.
- Educate customers on financing services offered by the company.
- Provide estimates for various services related to construction and restoration.
- Present financing options to customers to facilitate their decision-making process.
- Sign contracts in confidentiality with customers after agreement.
- Earn referrals from satisfied customers to generate new leads.
- Learn to self-generate leads to enhance sales opportunities.
- Become a professional in residential and commercial construction sales.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
- Entry-level position with less than 1 year of experience in sales or construction.
Nice-to-haves
- Sales experience is preferred but not necessary.
