About the position

The Sales Engineering Enablement Everboarding Partner at Snowflake is responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that equip the sales organization with the necessary training, resources, and content to achieve sales targets. This role involves collaboration with various teams to refine onboarding programs and ensure alignment with the overall sales enablement plan.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and manage critical enablement programs for the sales organization.
  • Strategically revise enablement plans rather than reacting to ad-hoc requests.
  • Establish relationships with SE leadership as a key member of their extended leadership team.
  • Contribute to the definition and development of the Global SE Enablement plan.
  • Lead communication and execution of the SE Enablement plan.
  • Collaborate with the Global SE Onboarding team to refine the onboarding program based on segment needs.
  • Build strategic partnerships with internal and cross-functional SMEs for content creation and delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills to oversee enablement programs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey enablement strategies and plans.
