This role is not about selling a product—it’s about advising practices on their business processes, helping them optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving operational excellence. As a trusted business advisor, you will partner with orthodontic practices to assess their financial and operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide them toward data-driven solutions. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure that our clients not only adopt OrthoFi’s platform but fully integrate it into their practice workflows to achieve measurable success.
