As a Sales Engineer, you’ll drive revenue growth through consultative, solution-led selling. This is a full-cycle sales role where success comes from deeply understanding customer environments, uncovering risk and inefficiencies, and positioning Eftsure as a trusted partner in payment protection and supplier verification. You’ll work closely with prospects across finance, treasury, AP, procurement, and IT, helping them navigate fraud risk while designing solutions that integrate seamlessly into their existing systems.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years’ experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven experience selling into enterprise or mid-market organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with experience developing solution proposals, sizing, and technical documentation
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer challenges related to payments, supplier data, fraud risk, and financial operations
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work across functions and time zones
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as needed

  • Strong preference for experience within payments, treasury, fintech, risk, or adjacent technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, risk exposure, and operating environments, and position Eftsure’s solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact demos that clearly articulate business value, not just product features.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions across payment integrity, supplier verification, and fraud prevention use cases.
  • Support RFIs/RFPs, develop proposals and presentations, and contribute to pricing and commercial discussions.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on customer needs, feedback loops, and go-to-market messaging.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging buyer needs, and the competitive landscape within payments, fraud, and verification technology.
  • Develop a working understanding of ERP, TMS, and procurement platforms to support customer integration discussions and solution design.
  • Represent Eftsure at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings, contributing to brand awareness and thought leadership.
