About the position

The Sales Engineer for Critical Power at Stark Tech Group is responsible for engaging with existing and prospective accounts to align Siemens product and service offerings with facility infrastructure needs. This role involves providing design assistance, configuring product offerings, and setting pricing strategies for power distribution equipment, with a focus on achieving revenue and gross profit targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with assigned existing and prospective accounts to understand their facility infrastructure needs.
  • Provide design assistance for power distribution equipment.
  • Configure product offerings and assist in setting pricing strategies.
  • Achieve revenue and gross profit targets related to sales performance.
  • Manage accounts effectively to meet attainment benchmarks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of industry experience in power distribution.
  • Technical understanding of Electrical Power systems.
  • Capability to mentor and foster a healthy team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong account management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the market.
