Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to articulate products and/or service offerings for organization.
  • High level of technical knowledge of software and infrastructure products and services and knows when to engage additional resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of software sales management experience.
  • Relevant experience in technology required.
  • Position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

Responsibilities

  • Hold overall responsibility for the district sales, third party alliances and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that improves Commvault’s opportunities across all product solutions.
  • Act as a strong coach, mentor and educator for all Sales Reps within the District.
  • Manage a team with a cross-section of accounts across a specified district, containing mostly complex named accounts.
