Responsibilities
- Manage customer and project profit as an entrepreneur.
- Lead the organization to target and execute projects that create positive business outcomes.
- Drive the market by understanding customer needs and aligning Webasto's technology to meet those needs.
- Lead negotiation strategy and relationship management between Webasto and customers.
- Review and negotiate project-specific contracts and subordinate contracts.
- Lead and hire a team of account managers and sales specialists, delegating key tasks and ensuring efficient use of shared services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience with 5 or more years in a leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Acute awareness of cost structures and financial efficiency.
- Expertise in managing international automotive client portfolios.
- Skilled in crafting win-win solutions through effective negotiation techniques.
- Strong leadership in managing diverse teams toward shared business objectives.
