As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our mission to help leaders gain insights around their market, customers, and employees, enabling them to make quicker, data-driven decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leaders and executives across various industries, identifying key decision-makers, and strategizing with teammates to generate business opportunities. You will make over 50 calls and send 50 personalized emails daily, while also adding new contacts to your call cadence. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified leads that progress through the sales funnel, ultimately contributing to new closed revenue. This is a rapidly growing division within the sales organization, and you will have the opportunity to be promoted multiple times during your tenure, with the potential to advance to a mid-level Account Executive role. Responsibilities

  • Contact leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes across various verticals.
  • Identify key decision makers and influencers within organizations.
  • Articulate how Qualtrics tools can help organizations leverage real-time data.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to strategize methods for penetrating targeted accounts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to execute personalized account-based campaigns.
  • Make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails daily.
  • Add 15+ new contacts into the call cadence each day.
  • Attend 1:1's, team meetings, trainings, and sales calls to develop skills.
  • Share best practices and role-play with peers for continuous improvement.
  • Compete with self and co-workers to achieve and exceed quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (no specific major required).
  • Preferred sales experience, which may include internships, sales programs, or SDR experiences.
  • Experience in inside sales, door-to-door sales, or cold calling is beneficial.
