About The Position
The Tile Shop is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. Since our founding in 1985, we have been committed to inspiring and realizing home decor ideas, creating beauty both indoors and out. Our associates travel across the globe to explore the latest styles and innovations in materials such as porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine, and other natural stones. With over 140 stores, we offer a wide selection of high-quality tile products, exclusive designs, expert staff, and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, and sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. You will also be responsible for understanding product installation and use, tracking individual sales goals, and providing customers with product updates. This role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
