Sales & Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Follow the proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
• Build customer loyalty through effective communication and service.
• Provide excellent customer service to new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.

Requirements

• Flexibility with evening (3-9 pm) and weekend coverage.
• Prior retail sales experience required, particularly in selling memberships or services in-person.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems for scheduling and payments.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
