About the position

The Sales & Customer Service Associate at Massage Envy Midtown West plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting wellness services. This part-time position focuses on helping clients feel valued while supporting the growth of the member base through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services.
• Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book clients for future services.
• Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong people skills to establish positive relationships with guests.
• General knowledge of massage and skin care services.
