About the position

The Sales Coordinator role at Havaianas is designed to support the Key Account Sales Manager in achieving sales targets for key accounts. This hybrid position requires the candidate to be located in Southern California and involves various responsibilities related to account management, reporting, and communication with key retail partners.

Responsibilities

  • Run and format weekly/monthly selling reports.
  • Manage vendor portal for accounts such as Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Dillard's, Von Maur, Disney, and Specialty Accounts.
  • Handle account requests for new item setup templates, product attributes, image requests, and inventory updates.
  • Manage the Key Account Order File.
  • Review daily EDI to ensure bulks are reduced properly and work through corrections/PO extensions with accounts/customer service.
  • Ensure all EDIs are received in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Retail Assistance monthly to review reports, identify opportunities, and track in-store presentations.
  • Organize and manage seasonal sample lines and ship sample requests to accounts as needed.
  • Run weekly Off-price ATS reports.
  • Assist with follow-up on all New Account Set-ups.
  • Create CAD Key Account Merch Lay-outs & Assortments Buys per season.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of Wholesale experience (Sales or Buying).
  • Working knowledge of retail math and concepts.
  • Ability to be resourceful and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Prior experience working in SAP, NuOrder, SPS Commerce is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
