The Sales Consultant position at Bob Loquercio Auto Group is designed for motivated and self-sufficient individuals looking to advance their careers in automotive sales. The role focuses on enhancing the sales process, building customer relationships, and contributing to the dealership's growth from day one.
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features on the lot.
- Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
- Help management increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily and reporting any problems to management.
- Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to persuade and overcome customer objections during the sales process.
- Persistent, competitive, and a strong work ethic.
