The role requires meeting monthly sales quotas and adapting quickly to the sales environment within the first 30 days of employment. Successful candidates will utilize solution-selling techniques to address potential members' needs and present tailored solutions using the club's offerings.
Responsibilities
- Obtain new club memberships through various sales techniques.
- Call leads generated from marketing activities.
- Conduct cold calls to potential prospects.
- Lead club tours for interested customers.
- Participate in sales contests to drive membership sales.

Requirements
