Rusnak Auto Group, a leader in the automotive industry with a stellar reputation, is seeking a Sales Consultant for their Genesis dealership in Ontario. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, Hospitality industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED : Desired
  • Valid CA Driver License
  • Valid CA Sales License

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives by developing, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting sales goals (financial and volumes) with sales management.
  • Proactively works with sales management to develop action plans to correct performance and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Sells, leases, and delivers a pre-agreed upon monthly minimum amount of vehicles.
  • Promptly and professionally greets and offers assistance to all clients entering the dealership.
  • Assists each client with selecting a vehicle by asking questions, listening carefully, and matching their expectations with vehicles by explaining product performance, application, benefits, and optional equipment.
  • Offers test drives to all clients, strictly following company policies and procedures.
  • Knows, understands, and strictly follows all company, local, state, and federal policies, rules, and regulations regarding automobile sales.
  • Knows and understands equity and values, and is fully capable of explaining depreciation to the client.
  • Ensures that a member of the sales management team has the opportunity to meet each client.
  • Ensures that all closed deals are forwarded to the Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) with properly completed paperwork.
  • Ensures that all sales orders are completed and paperwork is processed in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures sold vehicle is ready for delivery prior to client arrival.
  • Delivers vehicle to client, ensuring the client fully understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Introduces clients to the Service Department Team, emphasizing the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance, and schedules the first service appointment.
  • Consistently follows up on all post-delivery items to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Remains engaged with management, team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships.
  • Adheres to company requirements for fully and effectively utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and maintains a client follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
