About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for Sales Associates to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. Pay for this position is minimum wage plus commission, with an expected annual earning of $70,000 - $200,000.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Driving Record that meets insurance requirements and company policy.
• Current and active Sales License, in states where applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Luxury automotive sales experience preferred.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Assist in cleaning vehicles from snow if applicable to the local climate during winter months.
