About the position

The Sales Compensation Reporting Specialist at GoTo plays a crucial role in supporting Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance by providing dedicated reporting services. This position involves managing sales compensation data, generating reports, and utilizing various systems to enhance data insights and support decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated Sales Compensation Reporting support to Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance, including recurring and ad hoc reports.
  • Extract, compile, and enrich dimensional data from various sources for commissions reporting purposes.
  • Proactively build historical data sets that can be mined for additional business insights.
  • Utilize Excel, Salesforce, Xactly Incent, and other systems for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of in-depth reporting experience, preferably within fast-paced technology companies.
  • Desire to focus on Sales Compensation reporting is required, although prior compensation reporting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Xactly/Incent or a similar cloud-based ICM solution, Salesforce.com, and Excel, including working with large data sets.
  • Combination of self-motivation, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
